Online Booking Form

Once the appointment has been booked and the relevant information has been passed to The Spire Alexandra Hospital, Helen does not retain personal information submitted via the booking form.

The Spire Alexandra Hospital then becomes responsible for your personal information and processes it in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

    Our previous online booking system (used prior to January 2025). Schedulista securely stores historic appointment data.

    A Kent-based marketing company supporting our website development and marketing activities.
  • Google

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    We use Meta services to deliver advertisements. Meta may process your IP address, location, browser information, and any information it already holds about you.
