Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fetal Medicine UK has a strict policy that if appointments are rescheduled or canceled 24 hours or more before the appointment day, a full refund will be issued.

If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment day, no refund will be allowed.

Please also note that should Dr. Penman not be able to detect the gender of your baby at your medical scan, this is not a reason for refund or rescan.

Equally, with Harmony Tests, should the laboratory take longer than the predicted time to return the results, this is not a reason for Dr. Penman to refund. You can discuss any refund you feel you are owed with the laboratory directly.
